  • For traveling to Spain you’ll need:

    • A valid passport, make sure it doesn’t expire for at least 3 months after your planned return date

    • Starting mid-2025, the ETIAS travel authorization will be required for entry into Spain and other European countries. It’s a quick online form (similar to the U.S. ESTA and will cost about $10)

    • You do not need a visa if you’re staying for less than 90 days (I will be so jealous if you are!)

    • Please check your passport early: make sure it’s valid for at least 3 months after your return date (though 6 months is recommended) Renew early if it’s close to expiring

    • Make copies: Bring a photocopy or picture of your passport just in case it gets lost or stolen

    • Travel insurance: This will cover delays, cancellations, and medical emergencies while abroad

    • ETIAS reminder: once the ETIAS system launches, apply online at least a few days before travel - it’s quick and valid for multiple trips over 3 years.

  • We want our life to be full of adventure and travel, and we couldn’t be more excited to gather our friends and family in such a beautiful place to start this next chapter.

We know that traveling abroad is a big commitment, and we completely understand if it’s not possible for you to join us. Please know that your love and support mean just as much, wherever you are.
